## Refund & Return Eligibility

Jean Fold does **not** accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

* The product arrives damaged
* The product arrives defective
* The wrong item was received

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

* You must contact us within **48 hours** of delivery
* The item must include original packaging
* Proof of damage (photos/videos) and your order number must be provided

If damage is not reported within the 48-hour period, we may not be able to approve your claim.
