Dream Sip partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and local delivery couriers to provide reliable worldwide shipping directly to your door.
All orders are subject to payment verification and approval before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on demand and verification requirements.
## Shipping Process
Orders typically require **2–5 business days** to process and prepare for shipment. During holidays or periods of high demand, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Once your order begins processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make changes to the order, including shipping address changes. Orders will only be shipped to the address entered during checkout.
We ship during regular business days only and do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
For orders containing multiple items, products may arrive separately due to different supplier or warehouse locations.

## Tracking
All orders include tracking information.
Tracking numbers are sent via email once your package has been dispatched to the shipping carrier.

## Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the package arrives in the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Dream Sip has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their cost.
If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and any customs charges incurred.
