# Shipping Policy

Jean Fold partners with major international shipping companies like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS who work with local couriers — allowing us to ship directly to your door while offering flat-rate worldwide shipping.

You will be charged when your order is placed, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Processing may take several days. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.

## Shipping Process

We require between 2–5 business days on average to process and fulfill your order before it is shipped. During holidays or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make changes to the order, including address changes. Orders will only be shipped to the address entered at checkout.

We only ship during business days and do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

For orders containing multiple items, products may arrive separately due to different supplier and warehouse locations.

## Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and tracking has not updated, please contact us.

**Please Note:** Delivery estimates do not include our 2–5 business day processing time.

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, Jean Fold is not responsible for delays caused by customs, severe weather, holidays, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

## Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Jean Fold has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

If a shipment is refused and returned, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and customs charges incurred.

## Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Jean Fold is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We use delivery confirmation and tracking timestamps when reviewing claims, and some requests may not be eligible if they are reported too late.

## Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Because orders are processed quickly, we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot reroute or modify the delivery address.
